Beginning Monday, 10 October 2022, the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Archives will resume records access service. Individuals with an interest in the history of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui are welcome to apply for access to the Archives records.  For application, applicants must write to the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Archives detailing the nature and purpose of their research. Due to limited staffing and the epidemic, only one person can be admitted at a time for a specific period of time. Once approval has been granted, an appointment will be made with you. Visitors are also required to comply with our epidemic precautions, including scanning for Leavehome Safe, taking body temperature, disinfecting hands with hand sanitizer, wearing mask all the time in our Archives and presenting photo of the RAT negative result on the day of arrival.

The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Archives: Research Visit Applications
