Queen’s College visited to the Archives

On 10 July, the history teacher, Mr. Kam Shing-hei and 5 students of Queen’s College visited the Archives and were warmly welcomed by the Revd. Prof. Philip L. Wickeri, Provincial Archivist. He delivered a brief sharing on archival conservation and the development of HKSKH education. The group then viewed several precious displays, including the original Royal Letter Patent that founded the Anglican Diocese in Hong Kong. In addition, we showcased a selected collection of exhibits related to early schools and educational service provided by the church. Throughout the event, students asked questions about items, while our staff explained their historical significance as well as their conservation and care.
