Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Archives Open Day 2017

The Archives Open Day began at 10:00 am on Saturday, 25 March, with a short speech by Bishop Andrew Chan. He spoke of the importance of the Chinese Prayer Book and the Archives for our Church.  After the ribbon cutting, Bishop Andrew carefully toured the exhibits, making useful comments on our archival work. More than 180 people visited the archives, mainly from our HKSKH parishes, but also from other churches and institutions in Hong Kong. They spoke of the importance of this day for better understanding the history of our church. Archive staff were assisted by church volunteers from our parishes.
